Unfortunately, your favorite product may be sold out. To be kept informed of any restock of the product, you can register via the newsletter. If the product is back in stock, you will be the first to receive an email from us. It is also possible to place a pre-order with us. You do have to contact our customer service for this.

No, all items are priced at the time of ordering. There is no retroactive price adjustment.

At FAMBZ you have a standard 1 year FAMBZSAFE warranty on every FAMBZ device. If you want extra warranty, that's also possible! Click HERE.

Immediately after placing your order you will receive an order confirmation by e-mail. This email contains the order number (consisting of 6 digits), the order summary and the shipping address.

Once your package has been shipped, we will send you an email with a track and trace code. With this code you can see the status of your order and, if necessary, provide the delivery service with additional instructions.

Unfortunately, we can no longer change the details of your order once it has been placed, as we process and package your order as quickly as possible. To be sure, please contact our customer service to discuss the options.

Didn't receive your order? Our sincere apologies for this! After placing your order you will receive an order confirmation with the order number. Your order will be shipped the same day. You will receive an email with a track and trace code so you can track the package. Did you not receive this email or is the status of your package unclear? Please contact us via support@fambz.nl or fill in the contact form.

FAMBZ does its best to process returns as quickly as possible. After receiving your return in our warehouse, we process it within 10 working days. You can see when the package has arrived in our warehouse on the track-and-trace code   that you receive with your return. From that moment on, the 10 working days start. You will be notified after the refund has been made. Please note that it can take up to 3 days for the refund to show on your bank account.

Please note that you submit your return within the period of 45 days before the expiry of the return period. In the unlikely event that this does not work, we offer you the opportunity to receive a voucher from us. Ask our customer service about the possibilities.

Returning an order is very easy, this can be done in 3 steps. Send an e-mail to support@fambz.nl within 45 days of receiving your order in which you indicate that you want to return one or more products. Register your return shipment with the link and return form you received from customer service and attach the shipping label to the package. Hand in your package at a PostNL, DPD or DHL service point. Your return will be processed in our warehouse within 10 working days after receipt of your package. You will receive a clear email about this.

Unfortunately, we can no longer change the details of your order once it has been placed, as we process and pack your order as quickly as possible. If the item does not fit or is to your liking, you can easily return it via our return portal.
